Development Process
At World Net Services, Inc., we encourage our clients to take an incremental or phased approach to their projects. We facilitate this by working with you to identify and prioritize your business goals and then translate these business goals into tangible project objectives, feature requirements and project deliverables.
We practice iterative development to attack the risk areas of your project and provide you with ongoing review of the application throughout the development cycle. Our process utilizes the creation of functional story boards for each phase of your project to ensure that all business rules are identified and documented, minimizing the need for rework and maximizing our success at providing you with the application you need when you need it.

Design Process
“The people, the tools and the process” is the World Net Services, Inc. mantra. Our process has been created and refined through many years of experience and we have developed a process formula that provides a harmonic balance between structure and flexibility.
The initial stage of the World Net Services, Inc. web design process is listening to your needs. This initial listening stage of the process is critical to the success of your website. Our primary importance will be understanding the following elements:
- What are your short and long-term business goals?
- How can this project help you meet your goals?
- What design elements, functionality and content are critical components of the project?
The answers to these questions will provide the basis for creating a vision of your site to be used as a roadmap and to provide a clear idea of the type of design you are looking for. The amazing thing for you, the customer, is that all of this analysis will occur before you have committed to spending any money with us. By the time you enter into an agreement with World Net Services, Inc., you’ll have a clear idea of what we are going to design for you, how much it will cost and how long it will take to complete the work.
The second stage of design process involves even more listening. A discovery meeting will be held between you, the client, our World Net Services project manager and the designer(s) assigned to your project. The result of this meeting will be a clear plan for the project and the start of the design for your new site.
Throughout the life of your project, the World Net Services project manager will serve as your single point of contact with the design and development team. You will have right of approval at all stages of the project and will receive regular progress reports.
